This project came about as the owners required additional space for the growing family’s day to day needs. The decision was made to completely renovate the existing 3 bedroom1960’s home, including reconfiguring existing spaces; extending; re-cladding and re-roofing the entire home.

The brief included transforming a tired aging cottage into a modern, livable family home with a clean minimalistic aesthetic with a strong building form.

The use of modern pre-finished concrete look paneling, sharp lines and timber-look privacy screening within the front façade will bring the owners brief to reality and completely transform the home.
