Two of my previous clients decided they would join forces to collaborate on a dual occupancy in Adamstown Heights. The goal was to create 2x individual dwellings that could both house a large family.

We quickly found out that the site had some obstacles and constraints we would have to design around and through some creative design ideas, we were able to maximise the use of the site and create generous light filled homes for the future owners to enjoy.
